1. How AI Credits Work

MiraiCV uses an AI credit system. Credits are purchased as one-time packs and are deducted when you use AI features such as ATS score analysis, job match analysis, resume reviews, or text improvement tools.

Resume creation, editing, template switching, and PDF export do not consume credits and are always free. Credits are only used when you explicitly trigger an AI operation.

AI credit purchases are digital goods and are generally non-refundable. By purchasing credits, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Consumed Credits

Credits that have already been used to run AI operations are non-refundable. Each credit corresponds to a real AI API request that was processed on your behalf.

To avoid unnecessary credit consumption, MiraiCV caches analysis results. If you run ATS or job match analysis on the same resume content more than once, the stored result is returned at no additional cost.

3. Unused Credits

Unused credits are also generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed only when there is a verified:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Billing error
  • Technical failure that prevented the service from functioning properly

To request a review, contact us at support@miraicv.in within 7 days of your purchase.

4. Technical Issues

If a credit was deducted but the AI feature failed to produce a result due to a technical error on our side, we may restore the credit or review eligibility for a refund after verification. To report this, contact support with the date and approximate time of the failed operation.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider. We take billing accuracy seriously and will investigate and resolve genuine billing issues promptly.

Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first may result in account suspension pending resolution.
